I really love working with Anthony Calabrese over at American Heritage. We've done a few loans together and he is a great communicator. He is excellent at relationship management, too. I started using AHL after my Account Rep, Anthony Calabrese, introduced me to their services.  AHL has been my goto, non-QM lender, ever since.  I pick and choose which lenders I do business with based on customer service first; and both Anthony and AHL have continued to get the job done.  Even if a lender is great, it never works unless you have an Account Rep you can trust.  When Anthony says we can do a deal, I know we can do a deal.  It's just that simple and that is why I continue to send them more business each month.
